Ultra Mod Beach House

Ultra Mod Beach House is a complete interior and exterior set. You can load the house furnished with 21 furniture props. The props can be used with other products as well. If you have furniture you wish to use, you can load UMBH unfurnished.

This package contains 114 Material Presets to change colors and materials on many items including kitchen curtains, living room curtains, bedroom curtains, area rugs, lamps, lamp shades, throw blanket, couch, lounge chair etc.

All props load in their proper place in the house, however they can be moved anywhere you wish. The Kitchen table and chairs load as a set, but can be moved separately after loading.

All doors open and close, so they can be animated.
