Morphs including expand the stocking and thigh adjustion are under "Parameter - Rigging".

Tips: When render in close range, select the stockings, choose "Edit - Geometry - Convert to SubD" in the Scene Panel. To make the mesh more smooth. And use the "Expand / Thigh adj" morph to make the figure not poke through.
