安装文件问题

安装了一个IM模型，在smart content 里没有显示，在content library 的product里发现图标是一个叹号，这个是什么原因呢？

以上这个帖子里不是给你传过一个视频么，用同样的方法：Content DB Maintemance > Re-Import Metadata，找DAZ 3D 65588这个编号，重新导入一下，看缩略图是否出来。

如果还没有，到你的资源库\runtime\support搜68855，看产品缩略图文件是否缺失；通常能搜到3个文件，dsa结尾的引导文件、dsx结尾的元数据文件，以及jpg或png结尾的缩略图文件，它们的文件名也需要完全一致。

这两个属于同一个问题吗？我还真的不知道，我用这个方法试试看，多谢多谢

查了，缺少dsa文件
