There are Poses for putting the feet or just the toes in to an optimal pose for the shoes.
It will be common for poses to resulting in the shoes being bent into unnatural looking shapes for shoe. In such cases you can try applying the provided Feet or Toe poses and adjusting from there.

The Label materials on the insoles are only visible in iRay and Filiment display modes.

The shoes are designed to accommodate a number of shapes with autofollow and/or custom morphs.
They also include a number of adjustment morphs to help fit other shapes and poses.
